Vegan Mac-N-Cheese Recipe


1/2 Box (8 oz.) Barilla Plus Whole Grain elbow pasta
1 soy milk
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
1/4 cornstarch
1/4 cup Earth Balance Margarine
one block of soy cheese
1/3 cup pine nuts
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard
Paprika (as desired)

**Peas, steamed baby spinach, or butternut squash is delicious, if added.
