Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

lemon-peels

  1. Put the lemon peels,lavender into the vodka(rum) in a container and let stand for 4weeks
     
  2. Strain the mixture into a decanter
     
  3. Mix the sugar and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sugar has dissolved
     
  4. Let cool before adding the vodka(rum) mixture
