Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies:

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups flour 
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1 cup butter or margarine (softened) 
  • 1/4 cup sugar 
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 large eggs 
  • 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
Chocolate Chip Cookies
 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
     
  2. Mix flour with baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
     
  3. In a separate bowl, combine butter, sugars and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy.
     
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla, and gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chips.
     
  5. Roll into balls and flatten slightly or drop by teaspoonful on a non greased cookie sheet.
     
  6. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
